Needed extra assistance for my parents in Assisted Living while waiting for memory care. Working with the team has been great from owner Wendy to operational staff Steve and Barbara, along with Melissa in coordinating care and handling last minute requests/adjustments. But without a doubt, best experience has been our two caregivers Lolita and Yolanda who rotate being with my parents daily. I’ve been there enough to see they are kind, attentive and conscientious - and my parents really like them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for assistance.

Homewatch of N. Dallas has been a god send. We live out of state from my 80 year old father who was recently widowed and required assistance after moving to a new independent senior community after hip replacement. Wendy has expended so much time guiding us through the process of assistance and in home care giving. She has helped us navigate with long term care insurance and VA benefits, referred to trusted doctors and services. Every Caregiver is introduced by Wendy or Mellissa, never just dropping a stranger in. Nola is one of our Caregivers, extremely knowledgeable, very punctual, compassionate but also a guiding hand to motivate a difficult patient. So far, 5 stars at every level. Communication is way above expected and appreciated in this difficult transition.

Home Watch Caregivers has provided high quality care for my husband. Our caregiver, Sandy, is punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She adjusts activities to meet his needs, and serves as a safe and fun companion for him. Having her in our home for a few hours allows me a little respite from daily caregiving. The office staff at Home Watch Caregivers is professional and understanding. They answer phone calls and texts right away, even after regular office hours.
